APPRECIATION
.
I would like to express my thank you to Joe Morejon and the Morejon Family for organizing the seminar; for the crazy stories, laughters and my 1st American milkshake. For those who tried their best travelling from different parts of the States, Washington DC, Tampa, New York, etc, all being great martial practitioners in thier own rights, Thank you for your openness. For those who endured the responsibility as my reciever in my instructions and demos - Jose L (especially) , Joe Morejon, Anthony Bean, Jose R, Jose Morejon Jr, Jon I, John Kovacs, Martha Morejon, R. Adilson Salvador Romero, Renny Stroud, Stephen May, etc. To John Kovacs and his other half, it was great having dinner with you guys - remind me not to mention anything about goggles in training :) Thank you again for the advice. To Ken and Mary Taylor for the pictures and videos. My sincere apologies if I miss anyone . Please email to correct me if there are any mistakes. The best thing I got from this seminar on top of any other is I met an old friend and made more new friends.
.
This seminar like my other events aims primarily to raise the curiosity and awareness among people from different nationalities about the martial heritage and culture of Brunei Darussalam in general.

On the morning of the seminar, we covered empty hands against the knife. In the afternoon, we covered knife against knife. Not interms of knife fighting but using the knife as a developement tool to understand body mechanics and conditioning basic muscle memory. We started off with basic drills from 3 lines of attacks, and everyting we do on forth would start from this. The participants was instructed the understanding of multiple attacker, awareness and recognizing between friend and enemy - all this at once.
.
Later in the afternoon, after the basic understanding of the drills and excecises was understood, follow ups like strikes and takedowns.
.
Feedbacks from the participants were very encouraging, more wanted to know about the Bruneian Martial Art and culture in general.
