SCHEDULE:
.
Day 1 - Knife Fundamentals
Hone and develope correct conditioned reflexes against the blade. This will instill correct coordination and mentality when faced with a blade.
.
Day 2 - Knife Grappling
On honing your reflexes, this day will concentrate on stand up grappling - knife entries, knife locks and knife assisted throws and take downs.
.
ADVISE : if you are interested in attending only ONE day of the seminars, its advisable that you attend Day 1. If you attend Day 2 without the fundametals of Day 1, Day 2 will be VERY difficult - unless you are an experience blade practitioner.

WHAT TO BRING:
.
This will be an intensive blade training program, safety is the highest priority. If possible, bring your own;
+ Blunt Training Blades - NO Live Blades or grounded live blades
+ Elbow Guard and Knee Guard (like used in volleyball)
+ Eye Protection
+ Groin Protection
