You are invited to attend a Silat Suffian Bela Diri Seminar.

Open to all Martial Artist, styles and anyone who are interested.

All levels welcome, All finess level welcome, No Martial Arts experience required.

DETAILS:

Experience traditional fighting silat. The sub-system used to fight on muddy river banks in the mangrove forest of Brunei.
.
Learn one of the most rarely taught sub-systems in traditional silat due to its devastating effectiveness.
.
Take out your attacker swiftly and painfully. Unlike other grappling arts there will be No submission techniques.
.
Learn to break, tear, choke and use a knife on the ground.
.
Learn to fight someone standing up while you are on the gound - face down.
.
This seminar will be instructed with "safety and respect", due to its dangerous movements.
