5 days intensive program – 2 ½ hrs morning and 2 ½ hrs afternoon.

Program description:
This is the foundation level of the SSBD Seni Pisau (art of short blade) sub-system.
You will learn to condition your reflex against 15 different committed attacks, counters, re-countering and disarms.
You will learn to target specific muscle groups to avoid injury to yourself and to inflict maximum damage to your attacker.

This is a 5 days intensive training program. If you follow the program with an open mind, dedication and commitment you will reap the full benefit of this training regardless of your martial arts experience.

Day 2 – Foot work – Body mechanics 2
Day 3 – Foot work – Body mechanics 3
Day 4 – Control, counters, re-counters and weapon disarms
Day 5 – Conditioning response drills

Certification :
You will be presented a certification of recognition in training in the blade system of SSBD. This certification will not constitute as an instructor/rank certificate. We don’t believe in a weekend instructor’s certification.

No Obligation :
This program will take you through all the how’s and why’s of this sub-system and its pure application, without any obligation to the full SSBD system. But if you wish to continue training in the full system you may request to do so out of your own interest.

Anyone from inside or outside the UK
Open minded and friendly individuals
Dedicated and committed individuals
Any martial arts, any rank, any fitness level, no martial arts experience is required

Restrictions :
Age must 20 years old and above
No Egos, No negativity in training
No real live blades
No video camera
I reserve the right to refuse admission or ask you to leave if you show anti social behaviour and negative motive intentions during training.

What to bring / wear :
Wear anything clean loose and comfortable.
Eye protection and groin protection
Training blades will be provided.

Please consider your schedule and financial state before committing to pay for the booking fees or the full amount. There will be NO refund (full or partial) if you have any last minute changes of plans on your part.
Due to the limited numbers of people accepted, please bear in mind if you cancel at the last minute and ask for you money back, you place could have been filled by someone else. This would be unfair to them and me.
Full refunds will be given if the program is cancelled only.
